Getting goods delivered to you safely is very important to us. We use Royal Mail for the majority of UK deliveries outside of the UK we will use the quickest ‘signed for’ delivery service. You’ll find our estimated delivery times further down this page.

If your home is hard to find or you’d like the courier to deliver your order to a neighbour or place of work, you can leave special instructions. We are here to help, so should you need any further information you can email info@emma-harris.com. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.

Delivery Costs & Times

As you’d expect, delivery prices and times depend upon your location. The times quoted are from when we receive your order, to when we send it. We will send you an email confirming that your parcel is on its way, with the tracking number. Should your parcel take longer than the expected delivery times, please contact info@emma-harris.com.

Making a Return

We want you to be very happy with your purchase & love wearing it, but we do understand that there are times when something is just not quite right…

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact info@emma-harris.com quoting your order number.

You’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods, & we ask that all returns are sent back unworn and within 28 days of receipt of goods.

Very Important Notice

All items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and free from any fragrance or deodorant. We have to ask you to consider this when trying on our lingerie, as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged.

It’s your responsibility to ensure anything you return is in its original condition – unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached and in the packaging it came in.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.

Once we have your package, we’ll then refund you and the funds should appear back in the account or on the card you paid with in less than 7 days. Your original delivery charge will not be reimbursed when multiple sizes have been ordered.

If you are returning a parcel to us from overseas, please note that customs or import duties may be applicable. We are not able to pay these charges on your behalf or accept your parcel unless these costs have already been paid. Please contact your national Customs office for more information.
