Here’s a few questions that we are regularly asked …
Q: Are we busy?
A: Oh yes, we are a very busy studio! We are one of the few in the UK that can offer a full service i.e. patterns, samples and small run production. Our skill levels are very high and therefore our work is in high demand. Did you know that our studio produces high end luxury lingerie for other brands?
Q: How many people does the studio employ?
A: Only 4! But we work very hard to ensure that our customer orders are despatched within 2 days.
Q: What happens when I place my order direct on your website?
A: We love receiving new orders! Once an order is received, our lovely design assistant Carla will search through our patterns to find your chosen size. She will then cut the item(s) and once cut, Carla will pop the cut work into a sample box and pass on to either Claire or Hannah who will produce your goods. Once complete, we carefully trim any excess threads and give the products a gentle steam. All pieces are QC’d by me Emma, then packaged in tissue with a luxury bow in a gift box.
Q: Why don’t you hold stock?
A: As we have our very own studio, we can react to an order as it arrives and send it out within 2 days. We think this makes it extra special for our customers.
